This Privacy Policy is designed to inform you about the types of information we collect, how we may use that information, whether we disclose it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding our use of that information. This Policy may change from time to time, so please check back periodically.
We collect certain types of information about individuals who use our website, products, and services. This Privacy Policy, including any changes we make from time to time, applies to all of our websites, products, and services including without limitation those available under the domains and sub-domains of ilyaozerets.com, instaloper.com, belchoice.com, and perfectdemo.io. This Policy is part of and incorporated into the Terms of Use governing your use of websites, services, or products. Parts of the Terms of Use affect this Policy, so please be sure to review the Terms of Use prior to using the websites, services, or products. Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the definitions set forth in the Terms of Use.
Please be aware that ilyaozerets.com, instaloper.com, belchoice.com, perfectdemo.io, and all associated services and systems are housed on servers in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, the information we collect (including cookies) are processed and stored in the United States, which may not offer the same level of privacy protection as the country where you reside or are a citizen. By using the websites, services, or products, and providing information to us, you consent to the transfer to and processing of the information in the United States.
As described below, your information may be disclosed to third parties and used by third parties and us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect information and what may happen to that information. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third party companies that we do not own or control, or to individuals whom we do not employ or manage, including any third parties to whom we may disclose user information as provided in this Privacy Policy.
Our primary goal in collecting information is to provide you with efficient and effective service while using our websites, products, or services. We collect two different types of information about its visitors: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.
Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) is information that specifically identifies who you are. We request PII when you order a product or service, register a product, fill out surveys, create a user account, or correspond with us. This information might include your name, mailing address, telephone number, or e-mail address. This might also include your credit card number and card security code (also called CVV) and the expiration date if you purchase any of our products or services. We transmit your entire credit card information to the appropriate credit card company in an encrypted format during order processing for payment processing.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information (“NPII”) is information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather this information each time you access our websites, download software, or use any products or services. The NPII is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis, may include the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) of the web site you visited just prior to accessing our website, the URL you go to after leaving our website, what browser you are using, platform type, your internet service provider, your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, date/time stamp, and a number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the websites, track a user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. You do not have to register with us before we can collect this anonymous information. A URL is the global address of documents and other resources on the World Wide Web. An IP address is an identifier for a computer or device on a Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (“TCP/IP”) network, such as the World Wide Web.
Networks use the TCP/IP protocol to route information based on the IP address of the destination. In other words, an IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the Web, allowing Web servers to locate and identify your computer. Computers require IP addresses in order for users to communicate on the Internet, browse and shop.
Our websites may contain “cookies.” Cookies are bits of electronic information generated by web servers and may be stored on your hard drive when you visit a website on the Internet. Cookies are often used to differentiate users, store user preferences, and track user trends in general. We may use cookies to improve the quality of our websites and to better understand how users interact with the websites. We do not use cookies to retrieve individual personally identifying information about you from your computer unless you knowingly and willingly provide such information. You can adjust your web browser security settings to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you disable the use of cookies in your web browser, some features of our websites may not function properly.
We may collect customer information in a number of ways, but the most common are during form submission, feedback submission, and product or service registration or download. In some instances, you may visit sections of our website or use some of our services without providing information to us. The information requested may vary depending on which website, product, or service you are using or accessing.
We typically ask for your basic contact information, such as your name, title, company name, e-mail address, postal addresses, telephone numbers, and the industry that you work in. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence or communication. Information on how you communicated with us may also be recorded and can include your e-mail address including country domain, the language you selected for viewing order forms or other documents, your browser type, the currency in which you viewed prices if such feature is available, your use of a secure or insecure web page, the return e-mail address shown in any e-mail message from you, the return address on any envelope or facsimile number on any facsimile, or the telephone number from which you called.
In addition to the information we obtain at the initial stage of form submission, we may ask you for information at other times, such as when you make a purchase or use a service on or websites; when you participate in a contest, survey, or promotion; when you submit a listing for a website; or when you report a problem with one of our websites or services. In most cases, the more specific information you provide, the better we are able to personalize your web experience.
When you register with Instaloper, you may be prompted to choose whether you want to receive information from us about our products or services or special promotions. If you do not want to receive this information, do not enter your email address on the opt-in page(s).
